By commissioning me you accept and agree to all the terms listed below.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated and requested, and provide all image credits to me.

Violators will be added to my blacklist without warning.

for client:

Please provide me your twitter, e-mail, or bsky for communication.Payment is upfront. I will send you an invoice after accepting.Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.I may or may not post them on social media & if you want it to be private only please specify!Work that is commissioned is for your personal use only, you may display it as long as it’s credited/linked back to me.You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays/pagedolls.for “SKEB-LIKE” listed commissions, there will be no check in with a sketch as these are typically finished rather quickly.NFT or AI usage is strictly not allowedAs far as NSFW goes, I will only do pinups for the time being (not very explicit, no genitalia).NSFW characters MUST BE 18+You may not claim my work as your ownYou, the client, are required to supply me with clear, colored references of the character(s) you'd like me to draw either submitted files in DM or through e-mail.If you fail to send me references for 7 days, I will refund you the total cost.You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.Colors may differ between our devices! If something looks way off, please let me know though.

humanoids/kemonomimi
furries (feral & anthro)
pokemon, sonic characters
fanart/canon characters
oc x canon
suggestive posing/partial nudity/revealing clothing (character MUST BE 18+)
injuries/very sparse, minimal blood

I struggle with very masculine characters (beards/very muscular) & I’m more accustomed to feminine/androgynous characters.
In the case I'm not comfortable drawing your character, I will decline the inquiry and refund you 100%

i cannot do:

heavy gore & violence. light blood and gore is likely fine
overly complex weapons
heavy complex armor (light armor is okay)
mecha & machines
fetish art
anything hateful or bigoted.

the artist (me! :3):

I reserve the right to post the finished artwork online in my gallery for any reason.If you prefer me to not post any WIPs or the finished piece itself online, please let me know once you order.I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.I am friendly and understanding, please message me for any questions or concerns! I would hate to have a miscommunication!

copyright:

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Bluesky) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

refunds:

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.Once I start the sketch and send it for approval, there will be NO REFUNDS.If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

queue/workspeed & deadlines:

Please don’t try to rush me, I don't work on any strict/requested deadlines but you may check in reasonably whenever. Rushing or making me uncomfortable will result in a blacklist.I will work on commissions in order of payment.You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

revisions + feedback!:

These images will come in the form of .png files as an attachment in the email or a DM. Watermarked and Un-watermarked, and including specified variations (if any).The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.SKEB type requests will not have a sketch/color check in phase.After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (ex., I overlooked details provided in the order). This applies to SKEB type requests as well.
